Data controls - Krun

By default Krun does not retain the content of your requests. It keeps only usage metadata and the model’s numeric outputs, as described in Production best practices. Organization owners can opt in to help improve Krun models.

The setting

In the Krun Console, open Settings → Organization → Data controls and turn on Help improve Krun using my API requests. When enabled, selected requests and feedback may be retained to improve Krun models.

The setting applies to every project in the organization, including Console Playground runs.
Only owners can change it. Members can see its current state.
Retained content is stored encrypted and separately from usage data. It is never returned by the API or shown in the Console.
It applies from the moment you change it. Requests made while it was off are never retained afterwards.

Turning it off

Turn the switch off at any time. Krun stops retaining new requests and stops linking new feedback. Content retained while the setting was on is not deleted automatically. To ask about it, contact support with your organization id.

The setting doesn’t change how requests are answered, billed or rate limited.
